The Company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Danville VA, which is located in the south Central part of the State. The President and Founder is Steven Boaze, The Vice President and Founder is Chris Boaze. The IT skills and writing Abilities enables both Steven and Chris to produce quality assurance that the customer's needs are always met in a timely manner.

Steven started his career as a freelance writer and journalist in January of 1982 earning his degree part time as he worked for a local small town newspaper. Steven's first journalism job consisted of writing articles for the business section of the local news center. This was an excellent opportunity to know all the top leaders within the local commerce area. Steven's ability to write Business Applications, freelance to magazines and newspapers led Steven to venture out on his own.
